Please see the attached notification that T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. has increased its holding in shares of Elekta AB. This increase is due to a purchase of shares resulting in our aggregate holdings (shares combined with financial instruments) crossing above the 5% threshold. We still hold less than 5% of the outstanding voting rights of the company. Due to financial instruments (shares on loan), our net holding of shares is also below 5%. Please note that the net number of shares held dropped from the day before the transaction to the day after the transaction due to an increase in the number of shares being loaned. Despite this net drop, our total aggregate holdings crossed above 5%. This notification has also been sent to the issuer.
