Correction: Missing MAR-label in previous press release - "Byggmax Group AB (publ) cancels proposal of dividend of SEK 1.16 per share"

Correction of press release, published today 19 March 2020 at 14:30 CET, regarding the Board of Director´s withdrawal of the previously communicated proposal to theAnnual General Meeting concerning dividend of SEK 1.16 per share.

The correction relates to the fact that the press release lacked a MAR-label with reference to the EU´s MarketAbuse Regulation. The following text should have been included in the press release:

"This is information that Byggmax Group AB (publ) is obliged to make public pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation. The information was submitted for publication, through the agency of the contact person set out above, at 14:30 CET on 19 March 2020."
