Bong postpones the Annual General Meeting 2020

Following the outbreak of Covid-19, Bong's Board of Directors has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting 2020 as a precautionary measure.

The Annual General Meeting 2020 will be held no later than June 30, 2020 in accordance with current legislation. A new notice will be issued no later than four weeks before the AGM.

Bong is one of the leading providers of envelope products in Europe that also offers solutions for distribution and packaging of information, advertising materials and lightweight goods. Important growth areas in the Group are packaging within retail and e-commerce and the envelope market within Eastern Europe. The Group has annual sales of approximately SEK 2.2 billion and about 1,300 employees in 14 countries.
