Betsson AB Change in number of shares and votes

TheArticles ofAssociation for BetssonAB (publ) ("Betsson" or the "Company") states that a shareholder holding a share of class A may request to have the share reclassified into one share of class B. Such reclassification changes the number of total votes in the company.

Betsson has, pursuant to a request by one of its shareholders, duringApril 2020 reclassified 349,000A shares into B shares. As at the 20April 2020, the total number of votes in the Company amounts to 287,692,238.

The total number of shares in the Company is 144,493,238, of which 15,911,000 areA shares, 122,504,730 B shares and 6,077,508 Cshares.
