Board and management changes in Catella AB

As announced on March 13 the Board of Directors of Catella AB (publ) appointed Chairman Johan Claesson as Acting CEO, Jan Roxendal as Acting Chairman and Eva Bång as Acting CFO. Required approvals from regulatory authorities have now been obtained, which means that the changes are implemented as of today.
