Doro restructures business to accelerate strategy execution

To accelerate the achievement of the strategic ambition of becoming a European market leader in technology enabled care, Doro will reorganize into two separate business areas, Doro Care and Doro Phones. The business area Doro Phones will be restructured with the aim of increasing focus on our key markets and products with the ambition to ensure long-term profitability and cash flow. Annual operating expenses, predominately within Doro Phones, are expected to decrease by approximately SEK 110-130 million in comparison to 2019 levels. The restructuring is planned to be carried out during 2020 and will result in estimated restructuring costs of SEK 20-30 million.
