SERMAYE PİYASASI KURULU'NUN "SERMAYE PİYASASINDA FİNANSAL RAPORLAMAYA İLİŞKİN ESASLAR TEBLİĞİ"NİN İKİNCİ BÖLÜMÜNÜN 9. MADDESİ GEREĞİNCE SORUMLULUK BEYANI

Şirketimizce hazırlanan 1 Ocak 2015 - 30 Eylül 2015 dönemine ilişkin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) Seri II.14.1. sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" ("Tebliğ") uyarınca Türkiye Muhasabe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ("TMS/TFRS"), ve SPK tarafından belirlenen formatlara uyumlu olarak hazırlanan dipnotları ile birlikte konsolide finansal tablolar ve Faaliyet Raporu'nun SPK mevzuatı düzenlemeleri doğrultusunda;

a) Tarafımızca incelendiği,

b) İşletmedeki görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğu bilgiler çerçevesinde, finansal tablo ve faaliyet raporunun önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibarıyla yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediği,

c) İşletmedeki görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğu bilgiler çerçevesinde, yürürlükteki finansal raporlama standartlarına göre hazırlanmış finansal tabloların -varsa konsolidasyon kapsamındakilerle birlikte - işletmenin aktifleri, pasifleri, mali durumu ve kar ve zararını gerçek ve dürüstçe yansıttığını ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını ve -varsa konsolidasyon kapsamındakilerle birlikte- işletmenin durumunu, karşı karşıya oldukları önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte, dürüstçe yansıttığı,

STATE OF RESPONSIBILITY SUBMITTED AS PER ARTICLE 9 IN PRINCIPLES REGARDING FINANCIAL REPORTING IN CAPITAL MARKETS BY CAPITAL MARKETS BOARD

We hereby declare that the consolidated financial statements and annual Activity Report for the period from 01 January 2015 to 30 September 2015 issued by the Company in accordance with Turkey Accounting Standards/Turkey Financial Reporting Standards (UMS/UFRS) and the mandatory formats specified by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) as per II.14.1. "Communiqué on Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in Capital Markets" ("Communiqué") by CMB and its footnotes;

a) have been reviewed by us and;

b) Based on our knowledge within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company, they do not contain any misleading statements with regards to important matters or do not contain any missing information that would be interpreted as misleading as of the date of statement,

c) Based on our knowledge within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company, financial statements issued as per the Communiqué along with those within the scope of consolidation accurately reflect the assets, liabilities, financial status and profits and losses of the Company and the activity report along with those within the scope of consolidation accurately reflects the development and performance of the business and the significant risks and uncertainties,

and we assume responsibility for this statement.
