Change in the number of shares and votes

According to previously published information, Balder has carried out a directed issue of 6,500,000 Series B shares. The issue has resulted in a change in the number of votes and shares.

The total number of shares as of November 30, 2020 amounts to 186,500,000 shares, of which 11,229,432 Series A shares and 175,270,568 Series B shares. The total number of votes amounts to 28,756,488.8, of which the Series A shares correspond to 11,229,432 votes and the Series B shares correspond to 17,527,056.8 votes.
