Annual verification of independence requirements of Independent Directors
Milan, 18 July, 2025 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the "Company" or the "Issuer" or "Growens"), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, according to their Policy on Independent Directors, hereby notifies that today, referring to the documentation produced and information in its possession, the Board of Directors verified the existence of the independence requirements of Article 148, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 58/1998 (TUF), with respect to Directors Ignazio Castiglioni and Paola De Martini.
