Intention to Appoint Administrators

Further to the announcement regarding the Company's financial position released on 17 July 2025, the Board of Argentex announces that it has resolved to appoint administrators to the Company and certain other subsidiaries in the group.  An application to court has now been made to place Argentex LLP into special administration under the Payment and Electronic Money Institution Insolvency Regulations 2021.
