Amaro (Udine), 18 luglio 2025 – Eurotech S.p.A. rende noto che (i) il verbale della riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione tenutasi in data 23 giugno 2025 che, in esercizio della delega conferitagli ai sensi dell'art. 2443 c.c., ha deliberato un aumento di capitale a pagamento per complessivi Euro 2.499.999,98, riservato all'azionista di maggioranza relativa Emera S.r.l., nonché (ii) il nuovo testo di statuto sociale aggiornato con l'importo del capitale sociale e delle azioni in circolazione a seguito di detto aumento, sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet www.eurotech.com (sezione investitori / Corporate Governance), nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato .

Amaro (Italy), July 18th 2025 – Eurotech S.p.A. announces that (i) the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting held on June 23, 2025, which, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it pursuant to Article 2443 of the Italian Civil Code, resolved a paid capital increase for a total of €2,499,999.98, reserved for the relative majority shareholder Emera S.r.l., as well as (ii) the new text of the Articles of Association updated with the amount of share capital and outstanding shares following the aforementioned increase, are available to the public at the registered office, on the website www.eurotech.com (Investors/Corporate Governance section), and at the authorized storage mechanism .
