Balco's Chairman of the Board Tomas Johansson declines re-election

Due to increased involvement in Segulah Balco's Chairman of the Board Tomas Johansson has informed the Nomination Committee that he does not intend to make himself available for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting. Recruitment of a new Chairman of the Board starts immediately.

Tomas Johansson resigns as Chairman and Board member at the Annual General Meeting on 25 May 2021.
