Magnus Prochéus leaves Wihlborgs to become Property Director for the city of Helsingborg

Magnus Prochéus, Regional Director in Malmö and member of Wihlborgs' Group Management, has been appointed Property Director for the City of Helsingborg and is therefore stepping down from his role at Wihlborgs.

Magnus Prochéus has been employed at Wihlborgs since February 2019 and is responsible for Wihlborgs' property portfolio in Malmö.

"Magnus has made fine contributions to Wihlborgs and has, through his experience and leadership, been part of building up a strong and effective organisation for the Malmö management area. The entire property management organisation is committed to continuing the focused, customer-centric way of working," says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.

Magnus Prochéus will leave Wihlborgs no later than 21 June 2021. Recruitment for a replacement will start now.
