Important events to be reported – EEAF Financial Services BV is exploring strategic options regarding its shareholding in Patria Bank SA.

Patria Bank SA (the "Bank") has been informed by EEAF Financial Services BV (the "Majority Shareholder"), which holds 84.0526% of the total number of shares issued by the Bank (the "Shares"), that it is exploring strategic options regarding its investment in Patria Bank, including a potential disposal of all or part of the Shares. As of the date of this notice, the Majority Shareholder has not made any decision regarding a specific option, and there is no certainty as to whether or when such a decision might be made in the future. The notification sent by the Majority Shareholder is attached.
