Change in the total number of shares and votes in Serneke

As of 30 December 2020, the total number of shares in SERNEKE Group AB (publ) ("Serneke") amounts to 25,548,452 shares, divided into 5,210,000 shares of series A and 20,338,452 shares of series B. The total number of votes in Serneke as of 30 December 2020 amounts to 7,243,845.2.

The number of shares and votes in Serneke has increased as a result of the registration of 2,300,000 shares of series B subscribed for by Fastighets AB Balder through a directed share issue in order to strengthen and broaden Serneke's shareholder base as well as enable for an important co-operation partner to become a significant shareholder of the company in a time- and cost efficient way.
