Significant events to be reported: The issuance by FSA of the CIIF for the bonds

Electrica informs the shareholders and investors that, on 17 July 2025, The Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) issued the Certificate of Registration of Financial Instruments (CIIF) no. OB - 6149 – 1, for the bonds issued by the company (the Romanian version is posted on Electrica's website). The proceeds from this issuance will be used to finance and/or refinance Eligible Green Projects as defined in Electrica's Green Finance Framework (https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/bonds/).

This certificate represents a key regulatory milestone required for the admission of the bonds to trading on the regulated market operated by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), estimated to take place at the end of July 2025.
