Nokian Tyres - payment of share reward based on the long-term incentive scheme 2022-2024

Nokian Tyres' Board of Directors has decided the following regarding the payment
of share reward based on the long-term incentive scheme:

Based on the restricted share plan RSP 2022-2024, a total of 6,000 shares of the
company will be granted without consideration in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the plan. Theshares have been acquired from the market, and their
transfer will take place on August 6, 2025.

Nokian Tyres announced the RSP 2022-2024 incentive plans in a stock exchange
release on February 8, 2022.
