ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF OWN SHARES

PREMIA PROPERTIES (the "Company") announces that, pursuant to Regulation (ΕU) 596/2014 & delegated regulation (ΕU) 2016/1052 and according to art. 49 of L. 4548/2018 and further to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders dated 20.11.2020, as it has been modified according to the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders dated 31.05.2024, it proceeded through the member of Athens Stock Εxchange "Pantelakis Securities S.A.", during the meeting held on 15.07.2025 with the acquisition of 10,000 own shares at a weighted average price €1.3740 per share of an aggregate value €13,740.00 and during the meeting held on 17.07.2025 with the acquisition of 27,500 own shares at a weighted average price €1.3313 per share of an aggregate value €36,609.99 . And through the member of Athens Stock Εxchange "Vigor Finance S.A.", during the meeting held on 16.07.2025 it proceeded with the acquisition of 27,500 own shares at a weighted average price €1.3618 per share of an aggregate value €37,450.00

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company currently holds 1.618,327 own shares a percentage of 1,690 % of the total number of issued shares of the Company.

This announcement is in accordance with the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016.
