Şirketimiz, Yönetim Kurulumuzun aynı tarihte kamuya duyurulan 17 Ekim 2016 tarihli kararı uyarınca 6736 sayılı "Bazı Alacakların Yeniden Yapılandırılması Hakkında Kanun" hükümlerinden yararlanmak amacıyla toplam faiz dahil 93.534.076,16 TL tutarındaki borçlarının yeniden yapılandırılması talebiyle İstanbul Büyük Mükellefler Vergi Dairesi Başkanlığı'na başvurmuş, ayrıca 2012 ila 2015 yıllarına ilişkin Şirket kurumlar vergisi matrahının artırılması bildiriminde bulunmuştur. Söz konusu başvuru kapsamında 19.252.713,57 TL ve bildirim kapsamında 16.792.443,22 TL olmak üzere İstanbul Büyük Mükellefler Vergi Dairesi Başkanlığı'na 18 taksit olarak 36 ay içinde faiz dahil toplam 36.045.156,79 TL ödeme yapılacaktır.

Our Company applied to the Ministry of Finance Istanbul Large Tax Payers Tax Office for the restructuring of its debts amounting to TL 93,534,076.16 and notified for the increase of the Company corporate tax base regarding the years 2012 to 2015 in order to benefit from the provisions of the "Restructuring of Certain Public Receivables Law" numbered 6736 in accordance with the resolution of our Board of Directors dated October 17, 2016, which was disclosed to the public on the same date. A total of TL 36,045,156.79 including the interest, TL 19,252,713.57 within the scope of the application and TL 16,792,443.22 within the scope of the notification, will be paid in 18 installments in 36 months to Istanbul Large Tax Payers Tax Office.
