Regarding our public disclosure dated January 4th,2017, amendment to Article 7 of our Articles of Association was approved by Capital Markets Board of Turkey with the letter dated January 6th,2017 and numbered 29833736-110.03.02-E.238. Approved text of amendment for the extension of the validity period of the registered capital ceiling of TRY 7,000,000,000 so as to cover the period of 2017-2021 (5 years) can be found attached.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
