Société Française du Tunnel Routier du Fréjus and,
Société Concessionaire Française pour la Construction et l'Exploitation du Tunnel Routier sous le Mont-Blanc

enter into exclusive negotiations with Brisa – Autoestradas de Portugal for the sale of 100 % of the share capital and voting rights of Axxès, a leading provider of electronic tolling services for trucks, buses and other utility vehicles in Europe.

The contemplated transaction is subject to the information and consultation of the works council of Axxès and its completion is subject to customary regulatory conditions.
