ANNOUNCEMENT OF EX-DIVIDEND DATE / PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2024

The company Plastika Kritis S.A. announces, in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.1 case 4 and 5.2 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange (as it applies today after its latest amendment) and article 4 of decision No. 25/15.04.2024 of the Stock Markets Governing Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, that the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders of July 16, 2025, unanimously approved the distribution (payment) to the company's shareholders of a dividend of a total amount of 14.237.184 Euros (gross amount), i.e. in the amount of 0,52 Euros per share (gross amount), from the profits of the closing year 2024 (01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024).

From the above amount is withheld based on articles 40 par. 1 and 64 par. 1 of Law 4172/2013 (Government Gazette A΄ 167/23.07.2013), as applicable after its amendment by Article 24 of Law 4646/2019 (Government Gazette A΄ 201/12.12.2019), the proportional dividend tax of 5% (0,026 Euro) and therefore the finally paid amount of the dividend will amount to 0,494 Euro per share (net amount).

The ex-dividend date was set for Monday, August 25, 2025.

Beneficiaries of the said dividend are the shareholders registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System (D.S.S.) on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 (record date).

The payment of the dividend will start on Monday, September 1, 2025, and will be made through the paying bank "NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A." as follows:

1. Through the participants of the beneficiaries in the D.S.S. (Banks and Brokerage Companies), in accordance with the Regulation of the Hellenic Central Securities Depository and the relevant decisions of ATHEXCSD.

2. Especially in cases of dividend payment to heirs of deceased beneficiaries, whose securities are kept in the Special Account of their Share in D.S.S., under the management of ATHEXCSD, the dividend payment process will be carried out after the completion of the legalization of the heirs, through the network of branches of the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A.

It is reminded that dividends which will not be collected until December 31, 2030, shall be waived (article 250 section 15 of the Greek Civil Code) and the relevant sums are definitively transferred to the Greek State in accordance with article 1 of the legislative decree 1195/1942.
