Additional Explanations

According to the decision of Company's Board of Directors, dated April 3rd, 2017 and numbered 9469, the dividend distribution, which is approved at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on March 31st, 2017, will start on April 5th, 2017. The dividend will be deposit into our public shareholders' accounts at T+2 value date.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
