Change in the number of shares and votes in Epiroc AB

Stockholm, Sweden: During June 2021, the number the number of outstanding shares in Epiroc AB decreased to 1 213 738 703 from 2 427 477 406 and the number of votes to 862 763 138.9 from 1 725 526 277.8. The change is the result of the 2:1 share split and redemption resolved by the Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2021, which have now concluded.

Following the split and redemption, there are 823 765 854 series A shares in the company and 389 972 849 series B shares, corresponding to the number of shares in Epiroc AB before the share split and redemption.

The redemption shares resulting from the share split were traded on Nasdaq Stockholm between May 19, 2021, and up to and including June 2, 2021, and then under the resolution by the general meeting automatically redeemed by the company for SEK 3 per share.

Payment of the redemption amount was done on June 11, 2021.

The number of shares and votes in Epiroc AB is now 1 213 738 703 shares and 862 763 138.9 votes.
