Further to the announcements made on 18 June 2025 and 26 June 2025 respectively, Acer Incorporated announces today that the listing of its global depositary receipts (ISIN US0044342055 and ISIN US0044341065) on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admission to listing and to trading on the Professional Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange have now been cancelled with effect from 08:00 a.m. today, 17 July 2025.
