Notice of Requisition of a General Meeting 

The Board of Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc (the "Company") acknowledges receipt of a requisition notice from RM Funds, requesting the convening of a General Meeting to consider resolutions pertaining to changes in the composition of the Board. The Board is verifying the validity of this requisition.

The Board is committed to acting in the best interests of all shareholders and is carefully evaluating the requisition. The Board firmly believes in the strength of the Company and its governance and will continue to focus on delivering positive total shareholder returns for all its investors.

Shareholders are advised to take no action at this stage and a further announcement will be made in due course.
