Director's Purchase of Shares

Ukrproduct Group Limited (AIM: UKR), a leading Ukrainian manufacturer and distributor of branded dairy products and a London-listed public limited company, announces that on 16 July 2025, Rinat Abdrasilov, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.364 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Abdrasilov is interested in 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.25% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
