Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM)  announces that it purchased 750,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 3.87 pence per Ordinary Share as further detailed below on 16 July 2025. All of the repurchased shares will be held in treasury.

In addition, the Company has received a TR-1 from Rupert Labrum, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, which is set out in Appendix I.

Following the above transaction, the Company will have 139,830,968 Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM and will hold 2,680,968 Ordinary Shares in treasury.  The number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares), and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights, is 137,150,000.
