Konfrut Gıda, 2017 yılında modernizasyon ve kapasite yatırımlarına devam edecektir. Fabrikamızda altyapı düzenlemeleri, enerji ve ürün hatlarında revizyon, gıda güvenliği ve hijyen sistemlerinde iyileştirmeler devreye alınacaktır.

Konsantre üretim hatlarında kapasite artışları ve verimlilik yatırımları üretim sezonuna kadar devreye alınmış olacaktır.

2016 yılı karından ödenecek vergilerin düşülmesinden ve 1. Tertip Yedek Akçe ayrılmasından sonra kalan karın; yukarıda bahsedilen yatırımların finansmanı, şirketin mevcut ticari borçlarının ödenmesi ve yüksek üretim sezonundaki nakit ihtiyaçları gözetilerek, finansal yapısının da güçlendirilmesi amacıyla Geçmiş Yıl Karlarına aktarılacağı ve 2016 yılı için kar dağıtımı yapılmayacağı hususu 30.05.2017 tarih ve saat 10:00'da gerçekleştirilen Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında ortakların bilgisine sunulmuştur.
