Şirket Yönetim Kurulu tarafından 2017/05 sayılı kararla teklif edilen ve Genel Kurul toplantısından 24 gün önce Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu ile şirket www.ddpack.com.tr internet adresinde pay sahiplerinin bilgisine sunulmuş olan, Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Tebliğleri ve Şirket Esasa Sözleşmesinin kar dağıtım maddesi gereğince, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre -4.304.747,00-TL ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu' nun (II-14.1) Nolu Tebliği'ne göre ise -5.533.491,00-TL (vergi sonrası -5.318.126,00-TL) dönem zararı oluştuğundan kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına 2016 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısına katılanların oy birliği ile karar verildi.
