CHANGES IN THE NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES IN BETSSON AB (PUBL)

As of 31 August 2021, the total number of shares in Betsson AB (publ) (the "Company") amounts to 142,729,838 shares, divided into: 15,911,000 class A shares; 121,571,405 class B shares and 5,247,433 class C shares. The total number of votes in the Company as of 31 August 2021 amounts to 285,928,838.

The reason for the change in number of shares and votes is conversion of C-shares to Bshares to ensure the delivery of shares and secure the company's costs in accordance with the incentive program that was completed in 2021.
