23 Mayıs 2017 ve 17 Kasım 2017 tarihli özel durum açıklamalarımız ile Voltas-Beko markası ile faaliyette bulunmak üzere bir şirket kurulacağı; kurulacak şirketin taraflar arasında imzalanan Ortaklık Sözleşmesi'nde yer alan koşulların yerine getirildiği tarihte faaliyetine başlayacağı ve kapanış için belirlenen ön koşulların 31 Mart 2018 tarihine kadar yerine getirilememesi durumunda tarafların sözleşmeyi feshetme hakkı bulunduğu, kamuya duyurulmuştur.

Söz konusu şirketin Voltbek Home Appliances Private Ltd. unvanı ile kuruluşu tamamlanmış; ilgili taraflarla marka ve teknoloji lisans sözleşmeleri ile hizmet sözleşmeleri imzalanmış olup, kapanış için Ortaklık Sözleşmesi'nde belirtilen diğer koşullar üzerinde de tarafların mutabık kalması üzerine bugün itibarıyla kapanış gerçekleşmiştir.

In our material event disclosures dated 23.05.2017 and 17.11.2017, it has been stated that a company will be established to operate under the Voltas-Beko and the Company will commence operations on the date on which the conditions included in the Joint Venture Agreement are fulfilled and the parties have the right to terminate the agreement if the conditions precedents defined in the agreement cannot be fulfilled until 31.03.2018.

The Company was established with the title "Voltbek Home Appliances Private Ltd.". Brand and technology license agreements, and service agreements have been signed with related parties and the completion has occured today  as the parties agree on the other conditions stated in the Joint Venture Agreement for the closing.
