CEO change for Doro AB

Carl-Johan Zetterberg Boudrie, CEO of Doro AB (publ) ("Doro") since 2019, is leaving Doro and will continue as President and CEO in Careium AB, which is separately listed by Doro. Doro appoints Jörgen Nilsson as new President and CEO of Doro.

"Carl-Johan has successfully led the company through the transformation we have undergone, and we are very grateful for his efforts during this phase. Now Jörgen is taking over and with his experience of product development, marketing and sales in an international environment, he has the right experience to successfully lead and develop the company further," says Henri Österlund, Chairman of the Board of Doro.

At the same time, a management team for Doro is appointed with Isabelle Senges as the new CFO of Doro.

"Today we begin a new phase for the Group with a focus on Doro's consumer products and services for seniors. It will be exciting to build on the strong foundation that exists and to use all employees' deep knowledge and experience totogether take Doro to the next level, says Jörgen Nilsson.
