Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından yayınlanan Bağımsız Denetim ile ilgili Tebliğ esaslarına uygun olarak 01/01/2018-31/12/2018 tarihleri arasındaki hesap dönemi için Şirketin bağımsız dış denetimini yapmak üzere; BJK Plaza, Süleyman Seba Cad. N48 B Blok Kat:9 Akaretler Beşiktaş/İstanbul adresindeki PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers)'nin seçilmesine ve bu seçimin Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi internet sitesinin "İngilizce" sekmesinde yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

It has been decided that PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers) in the address of BJK Plaza, Süleyman Seba Cad. N48 B Blok Kat:9 Akaretler Beşiktaş/İstanbul, to be elected as the independent auditing company in order to perform the independent audit of the Company for the fiscal year between 01 January 2018 - 31 December 2018 in accordance with the regulations and principles of Capital Markets Board about independent audit and also be presented to the approval of the General Assembly.
