Changes in the management team of Qliro

Qliro hereby informs about changes in Qliro's management team.

Lina Agrell, General Counsel, has today decided to resign from her position at Qliro to take on new challenges. Mattias Forsberg, CTO, and Andreas Frid, Head of Investor Relations, have previously resigned from their positions to take on new challenges outside of Qliro.

Lina, Mattias and Andreas will remain in their roles during a transition period that, for each of them, extends at least over the first quarter of 2022. The work with replacement recruitments has begun immediately.
