Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) publishes bond prospectus and applies for admission to trading of its bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

On 23 November 2021, Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) ("Wästbygg Gruppen" or the "Company") issued senior unsecured bonds in the amount of MSEK 500 with ISIN SE0016798227 (the "Bonds") under a framework of MSEK 800.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds, the Company has applied for admission to trading of the Bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm and the first listing day at Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to be on or about 23 December 2021. In view of the admission to trading, the Company has prepared a listing prospectuses which has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus will be available at the Company's website https://www.wastbygg.se/and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website www.fi.se.
