As of today 30 December 2021, the total number of shares and votes in Cint Group AB (publ) is 176,683,686.
The number of shares and votes has increased by 26,385,683 during December as a consequence of the registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office of the second tranche of the directed share issue that the company made in connection with the acquisition of Lucid Holdings, LLC (announced by the company on 28 October 2021 and approved at an EGM on 17 December 2021).
