Buna göre;

Esas sözleşmemizin ilgili kâr dağıtım maddesi, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ile Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve diğer yasal mevzuat hükümleri dikkate alınarak, Konsolide Net Dönem Kârından; Ortaklarımıza, 2017 yılı kârından Brüt 18.673.377,88 TL. (ödenmiş sermayenin %17,6471'i oranında, 1.-TL. nominal değerindeki 1 hisseye 17,6471 kr.); Net 15.872.371,20 TL. (ödenmiş sermayenin %15'i oranında, 1.-TL. nominal değerindeki 1 hisseye 15 kr. ) temettü dağıtılmasına, 2017 yılı kâr payının 27 Haziran 2018 tarihinden itibaren nakit olarak dağıtılması genel kurulca kabul edilmiştir.
