Yönetim Kurulumuzun 30.03.2018 tarihli 2017 Yılı Kâr payı dağıtımına ilişkin kararı:

Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1) hükümleri dâhilinde, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS)'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2017-31.12.2017 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarında bulunan net dönem zararı 17.401.951 TL olup, TTK ve Vergi Usul Kanununa uygun olarak hazırlanan aynı döneme ilişkin solo finansal tablolarında net dönem karının 59.911.497,20 TL olduğu görülmektedir. Bu itibarla, Yönetim Kurulumuz Genel Kurulumuzun görüş ve onayına sunulmak üzere:

a) Şirketimiz TMS/TFRS'na uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolarda bulunan 17.401.951 TL ‘nin net dönem zararının geçmiş yıl zararlarına transfer edilmesine,

b) TTK ve Vergi Usul Kanununa göre tutulan yasal kayıtlarında bulunan 59.911.497,20 TL dönem karının geçmiş yıl zararlarından mahsup edilmesine,

c) Şirketimizin 2017 yılında net dağıtılabilir dönem kârı olmadığından kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına karar vermiştir.
