Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri (II - 14.1 No'lu) "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca hazırlanan ve KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2017 – 31.12.2017 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre 14.848.822 TL net dönem karı oluştuğu, fakat geçmiş dönem zararları ile birlikte dağıtılabilir kar oluşmadığı anlaşıldığından, SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri dâhilinde 2017 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak herhangi bir kardağıtımı yapılamayacağı hususunda pay sahiplerinin bilgilendirilmesine ve bu hususun Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
