Additional Explanations

According to the decision of Company's Board of Directors, dated April 11, 2018 and numbered 9542, the dividend distribution, which is approved at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on March 30, 2018, will start on May 29, 2018. The dividend will be deposit into our public shareholders' accounts at T+2 value date.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
