Increased number of shares and votes in Cint Group AB (publ)
As of today 31 January 2022, the total number of shares and votes in Cint Group AB (publ) is 212,976,588.
The number of shares and votes has increased by 36,292,902 during January as a consequence of the registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office of the new issue of shares for the share consideration directed to the sellers in the acquisition of Lucid Holdings, LLC (the new issue of shares was approved at an EGM on 17 December 2021 and the acquisition was completed on 29 December 2021).
