Change in number of shares and votes in BONESUPPORT Holding AB (publ)

Lund, Sweden, 09:00 CET, 1 February 2022 – BONESUPPORT Holding AB (publ), an emerging leader in orthobiologics for the management of bone injuries, today announced a change in the number of shares and votes. During January, the number of shares and votes in BONESUPPORT Holding AB (publ) has increased with 35,850 due to the exercise of warrants.

As of 31 January 2022, the number of shares in BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (publ) amounts to 65,490,522 shares, of which 64,200,522 are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 1,290,000 are series C-shares with one-tenth of a vote per share. The number of votes in the company amounts to 64,329,522 votes.
