PRESS RELEASE 11 February 2022
Profit from property management for the year amounted to SEK 6,129m (4,900). Profit from property management attributable to parent company shareholders increased by 31 % and amounted to SEK 5,543m (4,244), which corresponds to an increase per share of 26 % to SEK 29.72 (23.51). Profit from property management includes SEK 1,327m (663) in respect of associated companies.
Net profit after tax for the year amounted to SEK 19,584m (7,275). Net profit after tax for the year attributable to parent company shareholders amounted to SEK 18,508m (6,641), corresponding to SEK 99.24 per share (36.79). Profit before tax was affected by unrealised changes in value in respect of investment properties of SEK 12,990m (3,429), realised changes in value in respect of investment properties of SEK 121m (24), profit from sales of development properties SEK 225m (174), changes in value of interest rate derivatives of SEK 511m (-141) and profit from participations in associated companies of SEK 3,521m (897).
