Additional Explanations

Yönetim Kurulunun, 2017 mali yılında oluşan kara ilişkin kar dağıtım teklifi görüşüldü. Yönetim Kurulu'nun 11.04.2018 / 07 tarih ve sayılı kararları doğrultusunda 2017 yılında oluşan konsolide net kar' ın, ekte belirtilen kar dağıtım tablosunda olduğu şekilde ana sözleşmemizin 20. maddesi uyarınca dağıtılmasına, 1 TL'lik nominal değerli hisse için brüt 0.2524-TL ( net 0.2146-TL) nakit temettü ödenmesine, nakit olarak dağıtılacak toplam brüt temettünün 20.194.662,70-TL olmasına ve dağıtım tarihinin 31 Mayıs 2018 tarihinden geç olmaması kaydıyla, Kar Dağıtım tarihinin Yönetim Kurulu tarafınca belirlenmesi amacıyla Yönetim Kurulu' na yetki verilmesine oybirliği ile karar verildi.
