Yönetim Kurulunun 25.05.2018 tarihli toplantısında, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (II-14.1) sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri uyarınca hazırlanan ve bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2017-31.12.2017 hesap dönemine ait konsolide mali tabloları ve Şirketimizin 2017 yılı faaliyetlerinden Vergi Usul Kanunu esaslarına göre oluşan tablolar çerçevesinde Vergi Usul Kanunu esaslarına göre hazırlanan mali tablolarında dağıtılabilir kar oluşmaması nedeniyle kar dağıtımı yapılmaması hususunda, takip eden ilk Olağan Genel Kurul'a teklifte bulunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
