Şirketimizin 11 Haziran 2018 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında, borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesi kapsamında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na ("SPK") ihraç belgesinin/belgelerinin onaylanması talebiyle yapılan başvurunun SPK tarafından onaylandığının 07 Haziran 2018 tarihli SPK Bülteninde duyurulduğu ifade edilmişti.

Söz konusu İhraç Belgesi ve eki ile birlikte Başvuru Formu ekte sunulmuştur.

In the public disclosure dated 11 June 2018, it was announced that the application for the approval of the issuance certificate(s) regarding the issuance of debt instruments was approved by Capital Markets Board ("CMB") as indicated in the CMB Bulletin dated 07 June 2018.

The Issuance Document and its attachment together with the Application Form are in the attachment.
