Yönetim Kurulu'nun 09.08.2017 tarihli kararı çerçevesinde ; 22.06.2018 tarihinde başlamış olan ‘Ayrılma Hakkı' kullanım süresi 06.07.2018 tarihinde saat:17:00‘de bitmiş olup, bu süre sonuna kadar 13.06.2018 tarihli Genel Kurul toplantısında ilgili maddeye muhalefet şerhlerini beyan eden sayın ortaklarımızın sahibi oldukları toplam 1.860.000.-adet paya ayrılma hakkı talebi gelmiştir. Söz konusu paylar şirketimiz tarafından satın alınmış olup işlem ilan edildiği süre sonunda tamamlanmıştır.
