According to our Board of Directors Decision on 14.03.2018, it had been resolved that; The portion of TL 14,400,000.00 of the shares (corresponding to 5.30% of the paid-up capital of the Company) repurchased in accordance with the legislation be redeemed according to the procedures of decreasing capital not requiring fund outflow in accordance with paragraph nine of Article 19 of the Communiqué with Serial No. II-22.1on Buy-Back Shares of the Capital Markets Board and the current paid-up capital of the Company in the amount of TL 270,000,000.00 be decreased to TL 255,600,000.00 ("Capital Decrease Procedure")

Above mentioned " Capital Decrease Procedure" and the amendment planned to be made in Article 6 of the Company's Articles of Association regarding the said Capital Reduction Transaction has been approved by 2017 Ordinary General Assembly dated 21.06.2018 and it has been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate on 03.07.2018 and published in Turkish Trade Registry Gazette on 09.07.2018.

The cancellation of these shares owned by our Company will take place on July 11, 2018. Existing share amounts of our investors will not be effected by this transaction.
