Şirketimizin 31 Ağustos 2018 ve 05 Eylül 2018 tarihli özel durum açıklamalarında, Migros Ticaret A.Ş. ("Migros") ile Kipa Ticaret A.Ş.'nin ("Kipa") birleşme işlemi kapsamında diğer Kipa ortaklarına yönelik ayrılma akçesi kullanımına ilişkin detaylı bilgilendirmeler yapılmış olup "Ayrılma akçesi hakkı kullanımına ilişkin tercih formu" sunulmuştur.

Şirketimizin Kipa ile birleşmesi dolayısıyla diğer Kipa ortaklarına yönelik gerçekleştirilmekte olan ayrılma akçesi kullanım sürecinde 13 Eylül 2018 saat 17:00'ye kadar gelen başvurular neticesinde, birleşme dolayısıyla dönüşen 48.360.862,89 TL nominal değerli eski Kipa payına tekabül eden toplam 2.923.600,50 TL nominal değerli MİGROS payı Şirketimiz tarafından toplam 123.803.808,99 TL ayrılma akçesi karşılığında devralınmıştır.

Şirketimiz tarafından İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. aracılığıyla kullandırılmakta olan a yrılma akçesi süreci bugün ( 14 Eylül 2018) saat 17:00'de sona erecektir. Ayrılma akçesini kullanmayan eski Kipa ortakları Migros'ta pay sahibi kalmaya devam edeceklerdir ve bugünden sonra ayrılma akçesi talebiyle başvuruda bulunmak mümkün olmayacaktır.

In our public disclosures dated 31 August 2018 and 05 September 2018, detailed information was announced on utilisation of seperation funds for Kipa shareholders in related to the merger of Migros Ticaret A.S.and Kipa Ticaret A.S. "The form for utilizing separation fund" was also announced.

As of 13 September 2018 at 17:00, with regard to the utilisation of separation funds for Kipa shareholders due to the merger of Migros and Kipa, Migros shares with a total nominal value of TL 2,923,600.50 - corresponding to Kipa shares with a total nominal value of TL 48,360,862.89 which were converted to Migros shares due to the merger - were purchased by Migros with a total amount of TL 123,803,808.99 within the scope of separation funds.

The utilization of the rights to receive separation funds through İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. will end today (14 September 2018) at 17:00. Those Kipa shareholders who does not apply to recieve separation funds will continue to be Migros shareholders and it will not be possible to apply to recieve separation funds after today.
